Terms and conditions of the German version of the imprint shall prevail.   This includes all terms regarding contents, external links, copyright, and liability issues.

All contractual agreements, general terms and conditions, sales terms and delivery conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. The German version of the ?Sales Terms and Delivery Terms" (Lieferungs- und Zahlungsbedingungen) shall prevail. Place of performance is Aschaffenburg, Germany. The court of Aschaffenburg, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
